TRAINING

Please find below the current programs, workshops and trainings that are currently available (as well as exciting new opportunities we are working on!). If you can't find what you are looking for, but think there may be something we are able to assist with - please feel free to reach out to discuss your needs. We are more than happy to modify our existing trainings, or develop custom training packages (include supplementary materials) to suit your needs.

Paige is able to provide/develop training in the following areas:

  • Positive Behaviour Support (Behaviour Support Plans, Functional Behaviour Assessments, Restricted Practices, Data Collection and Graphing, PBS in the home, Supporting Parents with Disabilities)

  • Neuroaffirming Practice (Understanding Autism and ADHD, Neuroaffirming Practices and Strategies) 

  • Education and Schools (Successful Individual Learning Plans, Neurodiversity in the Classroom, Inclusive Classrooms)

  • Disability Industry (Supported Decision Making, Person Centred Planning, Inclusion and Accessibility, Lived Experience).

Specialist Behaviour Support Practitioner,

Board Certified Behaviour Analyst, Certified Behaviour Analyst, Qualified Teacher.

Paige is passionate about sharing her experiences, insight and understandings with a wide range of audiences to empower attendees with new perspectives and skill sets. Communicating in a relatable manner, Paige aims to break down complex topics and concepts in a way that aids understanding, drawing from real-world examples and personal experience.

Paige draws from current research and practices, as well as her background and skillset;

​

  • Lived experience of disability (AuDHD), and highly skilled at articulating this experience to meet the needs of a wide range of audiences - professional, academic, community members and people experiencing disability.

​

  • Education trained, beginning her career in teaching. Highly skilled in educational material development and presentation of content to audiences. Familiar with school environments and the role of teachers.

​

  • NDIS Allied Health Professional, working as a practitioner, supervisor and clinical director. Highly familiar with the NDIS and disability sector, particularly Behaviour Support. Aware of the complexities within this sector, as well as navigating issues such as funding, and contextual complexity.

​

  • Academic researcher, PhD candidate and advocate. Familiar with navigating academic research, producing scholarly writing and presenting at professional conferences to large audiences.
